i've had a look around and can't find much on what i want. i want a auto behind a 4age but need to know what autos will work. i'm looking for a 4 speed that is vac shifted as i have a pro shifter sitting in my shed from my old v8 days and think it would look good in a sierra. the shifter will work with 3 speeds but would rether a 4 because i want to drive the car at hwy speed every now and again and will be using a 6.5 xcase gear set and 31 wheels to start with i know it will work with a trimatic and th 200. does any one know what toyota box i can use or any other ideas? |

i'm going a different engine now, its a 2ltr piazza and a gemini trimatic will boilt up. now i need to see if i can shorten the rear of it or hard mount the x fer case to it so no jack shaft. the tri is pretty long but i can use the v8 parts so i'll never kill it. |
