Post subject:  headlight adjustment

Does anyone know what the "settings" are to correctly adjust the headlights (so that they are not too high/ too much to one side)? Is there a way to park Suzi (say) 3 meters from a wall, mark on wall where headlights should point and then adjust the 3 springbolts on the headlights? I did search the forum, but could not find an answer to this one.

Should it always be 130mm below level for all vehicles?

Or should I aim a little lower since I'm a bit taller and have quite bright lights?

The above is based on the jimny service manual so is for a stock Jimny that comes under ADR design rules.
So I suspect every vehicle would be slightly different.

This is the best ball park anwser I could find it came from this pdf.... 8O
