We had car on our recent tech night running dobinson's springs. (V6 GV) height was good, and flex impressive. Looked like a well made spring.

Interesting the GV we had on the forklift *ahem* ramp was running OME shocks and struts, but they weren't off the shelf (?) apparently built by Dobinsons??

Taken from my build up thread.
http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... e&p=359653
Quote: Dobinsons front 45mm raised struts makes the front flex like a mutha bitch. The only limiting factor were the brake hoses, So I just removed them from their clip and cable tied them to the spot they suppose to live so now it's the CV's, So I better stock up on some spares.

But despite that, they're good shocks.

I run Bilstein Shocks and Dobinson Springs on my 04GV.
Just went past 50,000+ and still brilliant.

Hey mate if you need a lift I look after auszookers members pretty well. Eg I did a kit similar to the one in your link for strop delivered to sth Aus for a touch under $1000 and that included a set of wheelspacers as well Let me know if you want a quote.
