anyone here know what the stock height (from the ground to the top of the front/rear wheel arch) is for the vitara? i;m trying to figure out if the suspension has been changed on mine... springs are black coloured and covered with crap and the shocks are tokico. is this OEM?

hmm ive got a photo of mine when i put body blocks in it ..before and after..ill scrounge them up but im on little litltle tyres

anything u have to mod, if so how did u go about it, really interested..

ok i just got home and measured the clearance for the front and rear tyres.
the clearance between the wheel and wheel arch for front is 80mm and rear is 100mm. i have 30 inch tyres on the vit.

is this still stock height?

i just went and took a few pics ....
heres mine ...ive got 50mm spacers in .......

but check out that tyre clearance


from lip to ground was

Front 800mm so - 50mm = 750mm
Rear 820mm so - 50mm = 770mm

whoa so much room. so minus the 50mm spacers, you still have the 2inch BL? i guess my height is still standard..

50mm spacers is the body lift..ive only got tiny tyres at the moment i think they are 25.5 inch

so you havent done a suspension lift?

i measured my height like how you did yours:
front wheel arch to ground = 800mm
rear wheel arch to ground = 830mm

this height is with the 30" tyres

guys if you want to take accurate measurements ALWAYS measure from the bottom edge of the rim to the lip of the guard, never the ground.

ahhhhhhh wise u are

front 705mm from bottom of rim to lip
rear 725mm....
