2nd and 4th gear keep popping out after I installed a 2" body lift & 40mm suspension lift.
Any ideas what's causing it & is there an easy fix?

Impossible! Never heard of it!

Have you done a search? This has been covered countless times. You need to open up the shifter hole in the floor.

your gear lever may be hitting the floor, few ways to fix it, cut the hole bigger or even hit the floor down,
or bend the lever, we had the same problem

Gear lever is hitting the floor mate, I just put a 2" body lift in mine and had the same issue. I wouldn't cut into the body. I'd bend and extend your gear levers 2"s, you'll have the same issue with your transfer case lever.

Cheers

On my coily with 2" body lift the problem isn't the gear stick hitting the cutout, it's the tension the rubber boot creates when it is bolted in place. Unbolt it (I stuck mine back in a new position with race tape), and there is no problem. Also I have no problem with the transfer lever - the lever just has to be pushed against the limits of the cutout but it still functions fine.

That would make it worse.

With mine we just turned the rubber boot around and put a slight bend in the lever. Makes it perfect.

I'm not a fan of bent gearlevers.

same i just took my shifter stick out put in in a vice and bent it. had to use a pipe to make it a bit easier to bend. didnt have to bend it too much. saves cutting your car up
