I think G-banger has one. Not overly impressed and reported a very vague shift pattern. I have one here that I had bought for the ute, but not sure I'll bother now. |

My persona preference was a single shifter that does both ( aka Twisted TT) but I think in practice the twin stcks would be easier to live with. |

Yeah. I CBF fitting it to be honest. I'll never use 2Low when I have 100kw of rear steer and 165Nm torque. |

http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/index.ph ... t-kit.html thanks all I've got one, I quite like it. Gwagensteve is kind of right about the vague shift pattern, easiest way to imagine it is literally twin stick with one stick (shock horror I know!) so basically imagine how it would work if you had twin sticks. 4-2 H-L Right Now imagine doing all that with one stick, so you can push it to the passengers side and select 4 or 2, then push it drivers side and select H or L. The first thing I had to work out, is that the stick will lock in position in H2 and 4L, but in 4H and 2L you can click it into gear (hear and feel the click) and then move the stick around to other positions, BUT it won't change from 2-4 while it's in gear. You MUST shift back to neutral from either H or L before you can shift from 2-4. This isn't really a big problem, just have to remember or you'll wonder why it won't shift between 2 and 4. I mostly use 2L when I'm reversing the boat at my dads place, hook on and lock hubs, drive on the road in 2L (so I don't load up too much in 4wd) then as I mount the gutter, switch to 4L and back it up the hill. I haven't used it a great deal on track, but as has been said, when you find a use for it it's handy. If you have and questions or want some pics or video of the shifting I can organise it later, time to go to work! |

I have set up my transfer to be able to select 2 low and have found that it's really easy to shift between all options with the standard single stick. I will eventually make a twin stick mechanism but it's not necessary. |
