Is it a Vitara one? I go look under mine and see if it helps.

Vitara EFI fuel filters have threaded ends for banjo bolts. Thats a low pressure filter.

EDIT:

Something like this......

Again. Same stage as you ;)
Bottom (straight) is in
Top (bent) is out.

Sorry I should clarify....

The one you have MAY be an EFI filter. Or It may not. Since there are no markings on it and it looks like its ben rolling around the workshop floor for 3 years I'd ditch it and buy one that you know can be replaced with one exactly the same.

Early EFI Commodore had an in line EFI filter, that is only about $25 new.
I used it on my carby Sierra, so not need to change it so often.

It will work. Thats the filter the Balenos use.

Use very good hose clamps/clips, as pressure of an efi pimp can be high.

hp are metal body. Lowpressure is plastic body normally.

Straight barb to tank, bent barb to fuel rail.

I got a commo v6 filter for my new beast, most common cheapest filter out, and barb ends for hp fuel hose and hoseclamps. Never had a prob on my last baleno'd sierra.

yep sorted :) i was shocked at the price of efi hose the other day when i bought it. just gotta put the filter in, connect a few water hoses and sort the wiring out for ignition. might have it running this weekend if i have time
