Hi All my 89 Vitara Softop drivers side electric window just died. wound it down half way this morning and it refused to wind back up, I note that I get a clicking sound when I toggle the switch up and down which suggests there is something happening but no wind up or down. Just wondering is this fixable or do I need to buy a new electric window regulator. I see they are not too expensive but would like to see if I can get the old one working first Cheers |

Or it could just be the switch ! They are cheap on ebay |

Thanks guys Just got the door trim off now and trying to diagnose whats up. Phil when you say you've got one do you mean a new motor/regulator?? Cheers Ric |
