hey guys, i was wondering if you could help me. my 89 model sierra has heavy steering and wont return to centre when turning both directions Any ideas what the problem might be?? |

theres a shock absorber looking thing on the front of the car attached to the steering - take it off and go for a drive... i dont run mine anymore either =) |

shot steeing stabiliser siezed kingpin bearing shot steering box could be about ten things between the steering wheel and wheels |

i have the same sort of problem isnt the shock in the front a steering stabilizer wouldnt it be better to have that. |

steering dampner... meh =) just helps with bump steer really. |
