i should of said the bushes were in crap condition
someone replaced all the bushes except the rear spring mount ones with poly ones i don't think they could get them out

i took one of my rear springs out and it still had that crap pressed in bush does anyone know the dimentions of the big spring bush? what sort should i replace them with? cheers |

You need to PM Bruce as he makes the poly spring bushes. He can tell you sizes too if someone else doesn't speak up first. |

nothing wrong with that crap pressed in bush, unless it nackered. if its in good nik it will give you more flex owing to its design. |

i reckon bruces bushes are the way to go
i impulse bought some nolathane ones but they are pretty hard
