hey fellas im getting my sierra tonight and idealy would like to run 33s as its will be a soley weekend car/winch truck. i know that i will have to do transfer case gearing, roc toy for the added torque, cvs ect

Question is what will i need to do to my suspension my me to fit the tyres.

im not interested in spoa because being a winch truck i want it to be as stable as possible.

virtual will will be on the cards.

I think you've answered your own question... Definately get the angle grinder out and cut the guards. Have a look at AJSR's build of his black softop. It's running 34's with mininal lift and cut guards.
