Gday, I have 2 sets of rear leaf springs. The 1lt SJ40 has R 12 & R & 7 written on it. The 1.3lt 413 has N 30 & N 19

What does this code/rating mean?
Is there a 'left' and 'right' spring to help stop the lean issue or something?
