Post subject:  H20A timing chain procedure

Hi all,
New to the forum but have used it as a referance many times. I am thinking of replacing my timing chains and adjusters, I know its a big job, I am a heavy diesal mechanic. I have tried everywhere to find a manual for this engine with no luck. I have seen that some people have sent their personal manuals via e mail in previous threads
So my question is does anyone have a service manual for the H20A engine. My vehicle is a 97 V6 2.0 L 5 door vitara.

Many Thanks
David

I don't have an e-copy of my manual sorry.

But if you type in Suzuki SQ420 or SQ425 into your search browser it should come up with quite a few hits for downloading manuals.

or read this...... http://www.suzuki-forums.com/1g-2001-20 ... ement.html

The SQ420 is a four cylinder, Suzuki never made an SQ425, and he needs the manual for the SV620 - completely different beast.

I do realise that fordem, but the guy that has put those manuals online has them all listed under the 1 lot, from what I've been told.
I haven't down loaded them myself as I have a factory manual.
