I got some new tail light assemblies as the old ones were cactus. Just need to know if I can also get some new male connectors to fit into this point - my right rear connection is melted from when my exhaust fell off and needs to be replaced to work again.

Also - not too impressed with the sealing where the ground wires pass through the housing - is a dab of silicon the best bet to seal it up or will it get too hot?

You could replace it with some of these waterproof connectors if your got some open barrel uninsulated crimpers or a know friendly auto sparky.

i siliconed my lenses on as well as the back of the connections... my current tail lights are my longest lasting so far! haha and they still look brand new with no mud on the inside!
