Post subject:  Vitara spare wheel carrier
Well, today my tail gate cracked again. It has been welded up in the past numerous times but I want a permanent fix. I've got a quote from overkill engineering (2k!!!), are there any other options? I'm hopeless with a welder and don't have access to one either, which sucks, because if I did, i'd try making my own!

thats not a bad idea.... 8O for a soft top sierra take the rear door off make a tube frame to fit the sills, brace it with more tube, screw some perspex onto each side of the tube and before you know it your rear tailgate is now an esky... hmmmmm
