I have sunraisers (check spelling :]) and I'm wondering the best wheel nuts for them? I had mags on there when I purchased the car so the wheel nuts are lug chrome nuts they work but I just thought there may be a better option as sometimes they don't seem to sit against the resest bit of the wheel the best nor hold tight all that good. Thanks guys.

They need to fit In the countersunk part of the rim.

Yes I know that but the ones I have fit in but seem slightly sloppy so was wondering if there are any other sorts, the wheel shops said the ones I have are it.

Look at the recess in the wheelwhere the nut fits - does it have a flat seat or a tapered seat? Now look at the nut - does it have a matching flat or tapered base?

Wheels with a tapered bottom or countersunk recess are "lug centric" and depend on the lug nuts having a matching taper to center the wheel - the matching taper gives the impression that the nuts are a close fit.

Wheels with a flat bottomed recess are "hub centric" and depend on a close fit between the hub & the center bore to center the wheel - hub centric wheels use a nut with a shank and a captive washer to secure the wheel - the shank will be a sloppy fit in the hole to allow the wheel to center on the center bore.

Sounds like you need stock sierra wheel nuts which will have a 60 degree taper.

Red ones :)

But you really will need red valve caps too.
