They say a bad tradesman blames his tools and I have to admit for the last few months since getting my mud tyres I've been saying they are crap in the sand after a bad experience.

A few members here said they found them good in the sand and recommended running them at about 12 psi......well I just gave them another shot after a rather poor start and I have to say that today they were brillant !!!

Today I used a gauge to let them down to exactly 11.5 PSI, pointed the wheels in the direction I wanted to go.... Soft sand, hard sand... Nothing was a problem.
