There should be a two pin plug on both. If the actual plugs are different just lop the 1.3 on off and splice in the 1.6 one. One wire is a sense wire and the other one does something else. It's easy to tell if ya got it the right way cause if it's wrong the battery light won't come on in the dash when ignition on. If it doesn't light up try the wires around the other way.

When it's runs it's like the alt is draining the battery insted of charging I'm thinking could the wires be back to front?? Bad battery and needs a charge it looks pretty new when stuff contains wire or power I'm shit with it. It was sitting for a couple weeks when I got and the starter needed a reco so I'm thinking same with the alternator

It'll cost ya 20$ to get a auto sparky to bench test it. Have you tried the wires around the other way? What's the dash lights do when you pull the plug out and turn the ignition on? An what does it do with the plug in it?

1 wire will be your power feed and the other wire will be your warning light, to find which is your warning light grab your test light and earth it out so clamp onto bolt, body or negative battery terminal and plug the other end into the plug on one connector and then turn your ignition on, this will complete your circuit and then your other connector will be power

How do you mean starter and alt wrong way? I run a feed from
Battery to starter and a feed from battery to alternator for the charge wire. It shouldn't matter. The battery light needs to show up on the dash and go out once ya car is running. Try to swap the wires round. If it still does t work take it to be bench tested.
