Just wondering what compression a healthy 1.3 engine should have?
I checked my engine and came up 180psi ( give or take 2-3 psi) on all cylinders,
When should you consider rebuilding?

Doesn't really matter what they are (within reason) as long as there is no more than about 10% variation.
180psi is good.
