Gday guys, ive just spent the last week doing a g16b convertion on my sierra and im now having trouble getting the thing to start. the moter itself is a tbi motor out of a swift and is fully rebuilt, this will be its first startup |

Check this. I'm not sure what distributor you will have but on my 1.6 the dizzy is tilted to the opposite side of the head compared to the g13. In this redesign the dizzy drive comes off the opposide side of the cam shaft, which means it spins the opposite direction. Which of course messes up your firing order if you miss it. |
