Hey i have seen some of the guys on here move the parkers and indicators from the front bumper up next to the headlight on leaf sprung sierra's. What lights are you using for this? Is it hard to do?

thanks

I used trailer lights, the little narrow ones about 60mm long, and about 12-15mm wide. I'll try to get a pic tomorrow if you like.

This type of thing, available ever where but you need to replace the standard 11W bulb with a 22W to get the indicators to flash the right speed.

Each lighting position on the vehicle is specified under the Australian Design Rules, and the light fitted to that particular position must be ADR compliant for that particular position.

But if you put something on there that is as bright as the original, and isn't obscured by anything, you'd be pretty unlucky to be done for it, IMO.

Why the disclaimer, shackles, tyres, indicators, no swaybar

Mine are the same lights, but under the headlights in a horizontal fashion...

and as JC said, the globes are available anywhere, plus they look good too.

i bought 7'' replacement headlights and they came with holes and plugs to put in wedge globes (parkers), so now my parkers are in my headlights themselves.for my indicators i just cut some out of the side panels from an old excel and wired them up for my front indicators and they are cable tied onto the chassis
