put a new clutch in the sierra and now the clutch is perfect! engages n disengages properly.. but it feels like my foot is going to go through the firewall everytime i change gear! there is just minimal pressure. is this ok? how do i adjust it |

Did you put a standard clutch back in it? My sierra clutch was heavyish untill i swapped it for a stock one. Then it was light and very easy to drive. Heavy clutches are a PITA in a cable setup. You just end up snapping clutch cables all the time. I dont think a sierra needs a HD clutch when they as such a small light car. |

Yeah it's just a standard replacement , it's definitely taking some getting used to. I'm leaving it just didn't no if it was how it's spose to be |

X2 Because its new the fingers on the pressure plate sit flatter therefore the clutch becomes lighter. |
