Did you put a standard clutch back in it? My sierra clutch was heavyish untill i swapped it for a stock one. Then it was light and very easy to drive.

Heavy clutches are a PITA in a cable setup. You just end up snapping clutch cables all the time. I dont think a sierra needs a HD clutch when they as such a small light car.

Because its new the fingers on the pressure plate sit flatter therefore the clutch becomes lighter.
