I cant find it either :(
Here is a bit of info from weaves

To get them off, cut the outer ring of the bearing off, take the balls off, this should allow the backing plate for the brakes to slide over and off.

Grab a cold chisel and a cutting disk, cut the locking ring almost through on each side, and smack it with the cold chisel a few times and it should break away and slide off.

the inner ring of the bearing is all that should be left, and you should be able to tap that off with the chisel and just tap it along the shaft as it shouldn't be extremely tight on the shaft.

assemble in reverse, and remember to put the backing plate for the brakes back on before the bearing.
