hi i got a mk2 engine i think :roll: anywayi put the mazda dizzy cap n rotor on and a w022a thermostat housing and the thermostat housing is almost touching the dizzy cap like the thermostat housing pipe needs to be a bit lower what can i try ?? maybe another thermostat housing??

You can use the thermostat housing off a suzuki swift cino (94-late90s i believe)

Go to a wrecker. I paid $11 for a swift one.

Theres a thread somewhere on here that tells you the part number if you want it that bad.

I use swift ones. the top coolent pipe needs to run over your exaust.

1st pic is engine

yep. I have fucked around with gti cooling a lot..

best method is use a swift thermistat housing and direct it over the top of the exaust. I make and sell a stainless top hose that works perfect.

would this work aswell with the Baleno motor i may be interested in the stainless top hose

do u have a pic of it on motor and what does it matter if it goes over exhaust manifold or under intake manifold well i thought intake side would be a bit cooler

if u go under intake you will get airlock issues..



Posibly belino, however hard to make without car.
