has anyone done the hole high pinion thing on sierra's to lift up the pinion higher (mines a wt)

Only coily's come with a high pinion front. If you want any other high pinions you will need custom reverse cut gears. Or flip your housings.

Front or rear?

As far as I know, neither a coil or Jimny high pinion front diff will bolt in to a WT front.

There's little point using one in the rear - a high pinion diff used in the rear is about 20% weaker than a normal rear diff.

sj80 front will bolt in.I think if u change side gears in diff it will work.

since the car is so low im trying to lift them up so the don't hit rocks etc

Ive got a coily high pinion in the rear of my car, with an air locker.

Where in the Rockhampton area have you been hung up on your pinion carrier? I'm on 235's and have never experienced that.

out at the water towers back when it had 235's, yes it has 31's now but i wouldn't mind doin it when i pull my diffs apart do it all at once
