can anybody tell me the differance between jimny manual and electric transfer cases

What do you want to know.

The ratios are different.
One is a manual shift (has a stick) other is electronic
Manual can be swapped into the electric spot. Will give a reduction in gearing

What kind of info do you want)

thats basically what i wanted to know thanks is the back side of the casing the same? and can the electric gears be put in the manual using the manual shift

VVT Jimny Manual
High 1:1
Low 2:1

VVT Jimny Auto
High 1.32:1
Low 2.64:1

Non VVT Jimny Auto/Manual
High 1.32:1
Low 2.145:1

The gearbox and diff ratios are also different between manual and auto, and VVT/non VVT. Seems no 2 models/series are the same.

"back side of the casing" I assumed you are talking about the prop shaft connection. Yes. Zukenutter may be able to answer if you mean something else.
