Headlights wouldn't go off this morning, had to take out the fuse to get them off before work. High beams had to be on to get the lights to even work, but when I turned the high beams off the high beams went on?
Any ideas would be great

the fuse you took out is for one headlight only, the fuse for the other headilght, which will be either left or right of the one you removed, will be blown.

or the park circuit fuse is blown, which is also beside the headlight fuses anyway
