They're not that expensive - I think I got my fronts replaced with longer braided lines for about $70... Pretty sure someone found some replacements off another car that screwed straight up, but could be wrong: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=25326&p=547680&hilit=longer+brake+lines#p547680 I was wrong, it's a Sierra. Might still work? |

Jimny brake lines slip straight onto a sierra and are longer but i don't know if they fit a vitara |

Rear is the problem and the breather Just take them in to a brake shop and ask for these but what ever u need longer it's only like 50-60 each If u don't have to much travel in the front I've seen people take them out Of the bracket on the strut and just cable tie it to the strut body for that bit more length |

When I first lifted my Vit I unscrewed the brake line from the last fixing point on the chassis crossmember and left it floating - worked fine at full droop. Same up front - unbolt the next point up from the strut bracket. Breathers are a pain, gotta get around to that... |

might do that yeah breather is a pain in the rear it looks like it sits about the same height at the rear bumper but it is wedged in there |
