Has anyone else thought about putting a hydraulic clutch in their vitara, because everytime i take mine through mud the clutch binds up and although i can still push the pedal to the floor, i cannot select any gears. It takes me 15-30 min to wash and lubricate the cable, where it connects to the gearbox, before i can finally select gears again.

Converting cable clutch activation to hydraulic will not stop mud getting into the pressure plate.
Stay out of the bogholes.
