What style a/c controls do you have - three round knobs near the bottom of the dash or horizontal sliders? Later models (the three round knob style) have a BCM (body control module) that controls among other things the a/c system, and it will flash the lights to indicate fault conditions. |

Cheer's, going by that its a no.13 or 14. I turned it on to see if it did it again but did'nt. I also rang suzuki and they said if it's not doing it when it gets looked at, the scan tool should show up the fault still. |

Let me know how you go as our car has done the same over the last few months. Doesn't happen all the time though. Last car I had, a flashing A/C light meant it was low on gas, but by the looks of the FSM, it may be different in this case. |

On a GV - no - the flashing a/c light will more often than not being pointing to an actuator problem - some one of the barn door actuators is not in the position the BCM wants it to be - there are a couple of other possibilities, but the actuators, because they are electro-mechanical and can get stuck are the most common. There are either three or four such actuators - one for the recirculate door, one for the temp control door and one, maybe two for the distribution doors. |
