Got a 1ltr switch case to put in my 93w/t..
Noticed the speedo input is not turning when i turn
flanges..
i will be putin the full $280 rebuild kit thru it so I'll
Probably see whats wrong when i pull it a part, but
has anyone fixed this problem before. is thereanother part
i should order now?

Sounds like the input shaft has either snapped or the teeth on the cog at the end of the shaft have worn off. Someone should have a spare drive sitting around. Best bet is to pull it out using multi grips and inspect it.
