How many bolts are round the rear diff centre on vitaras.

I am looking at a second hard LSD and was wondering if they are all the same.
Mine seems to have 8 bolts, but I have seen adds for Calmini 10 bolt.

Are they different on LWB models?

Whats the go!!!

there are 2 types. 10 and 12 bolt. carby vehicles have 10 while efi have 12.

Dead set? I can add that to the almost infinite list of stuff I didn't know

What are the differences between the two Joe?

when manufacturers refer to vit rear bolts they mean the crown wheel. the diffs are basically the same but one has 10 for the lesser powered carby version, the other has 12 for the higher powered efi, but i have used both types in both vehicles and all is good. ARB couldn't get any answers as to what model had what, suzuki were no help, but when i had the workshop and was doing a heap of ratio changes and airlocker installs i noticed the efi's had all the 12 bolts. so to all, if you have stock diffs you now know what to order- 10 bolt for carby and 12 bolt if you have efi. this does not include grand vits as they have a smaller internal ring gear diameter but can be converted...another topic for tech maybe?
