My 95 LWB Vitara's drivers door will lock all doors with the key, but only unlocks the drivers door. However, using the key on the passenger side unlocks and locks all doors. I had a poke around, but couldn't see anything obvious. Any idea what might be the problem? |

Could be a broken contact inside the drivers locking motor. Can you swap the two front motors from side to side to confirm/deny a dud? |

The motors are probably "handed" and not interchangeable - at least they are on most cars. |
