Ok gurus, I was sure that the 1.3l and 1.6l heads were the same, except internally, but I cannot hookup the exhaust, seems from the front aft, the front lines up, but the back is about half a bolt hole out. Am i doing something incredibly stupid here, or do I need vitara extractors. |

1.6 ex ports are bigger than 1.3, bolt pattern is the same... however my 1.3 tuned length extractors port size was big enuf to suit the 1.6 and bolted straite on.. maybeyour extractors are hiting somewhere? puting the bolt hole allignment out of wack. |

The ports are a bit bigger, yes, but measured the extractors and they are bigger by a bees dick, so alls well. There is nothing hitting as I can see, plenty room, tried the inlet, perfect fit. Hmmm, out to try again. |
