Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the AVM freewheeling hubs that JimnyBits sell or what people think of them.

Or would i be better off trying to source some AISIN freewheeling hubs. And if so, what is involved with fitting them.

Thanks,

If your trying to fit manual freewheeling hubs to a Jimny then the best and cheapest way is to source some Sierra hubs then get a set of benT adapter rings from benT in the business section on this forum.

I then just remove the vacuum lines of the front diff then blocked of the lines coming from the car to stop the 4wd light from flashing.

incorrect. you either need a spacer or grind down the lip of the nut to fit non jimny hubs.
