G'day I was wondering if anyone with a g16a engine can tell me, what degree is your ignition timing ? I have been told it's 8 degree for stock , yet other people say 15-16. Can anyone help ?

8BTDC or up to 10BTDC if you run premium unleaded.

Why is this different from the G13A, it says 8°BTDC yet runs far better at about 13° ??

8BTDC is correct. Can run a smidgen more if using a higher octane fuel.
