Did you fit a relay for the extra reverse light. I bet you didn't and it's overloaded the system |

find the plug on the firewall that goes to teh reverse switch in the gearbox (thin its a red and yellow pair of wires) unplug it and bridge the wires together on the car side and see if they turn on, if not see if you get power to one of the wires |

A relay is there to switch a high current device, which your small wiring cannot handle for long. It is used irrespective of whether a switch is used. |

How did you hook up the spot lights? Adding extra lights needs a relay fitted too. As Royce said, check for power at the switch on the box. Then make sure you have a good earth, in the socket that holds the bulb as well as the wires to the chassis. Check fuses too. |

Find what is burnt out and replace it. Chances are it is the relay that is rooted. |
