G'day, i own a 1998 Suzuki Sierra SJ80 coily.
I was interested to know if Leafy front and rear bull bars will suit coilys. I was wanting to purchase Low range offroad front winch bar and rear bar.
Any information would be great
Cheers Dec

Leafy front bars fit Coilies... not the best fit due to the extra taper on a coily front end, but fit. Rear bars - not sure, but the rear of the tub is the same dimensionally.

Thanks for the info, would it still be safe as i want to use a winch? Completely safe - mounting holes are the same. Run a straightedge across the bottom of your front grill and you'll notice under the headlights the front tapers back a bit. A leaf Sierra is completely flat across the front. On an ARB and other bullbars this creates a small gap under each headlight that looks a bit funny but isn't a problem - just something that'll look a bit odd. Anyone with an ARB bar on a coily will have noticed this. Just something to be aware of...

On a side note they are not sold as a winch bar, but if you ask Pete very nicely I'm sure you might be able to have one modded I hear rear bars are back on the getting close to be produced list also

Nice and heavy duty, I have tested fitted it and it is perfect. Shipping was $280. I bought it when the dollar was very good. Shipping took 4 Days with DHL was about a 6 week wait for it to be made. Much less dicking around and probably stronger than a good tube bar. I wanted a bar to take a winch. I don't have a welder or many fab skills. New ARB bar was something like 1200. JML ones are about $700, A used arb goes for about 550ish. My ZOR bar shipped was about $500 so I'm pretty happy with my selection. It will also take the factory front lights so no re-wiring required. the guys at ZOR and Low Range Offroad were great as always.
