Easy as pie mate.
hardest bit is getting the inner race out... and the new one back in. apart from that just lots of grease!
Off the top of my head, you'll need
Spanner set
Socket set
small punch and hammer
Shit loads of hi temp grease
Circlip Plires (or a couple of screwdrivers)
The new Wheel Bearing Kit (with seal)
A way to get out the old Race out ( I just used a piece of steel and some persitance to get the old race out... then i used the old race to hammer the new race in

and Some Sealant to reseal the Locking hub
