and need help cant figure out witch wire is earth and which one is power could you please help me Thanks

Light bar as in LED? It will only work one way so try it and you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right first go. |

they'll only work 1 way... my guess is brown = earth blue = accessories |

Yeah well thats what i thought but its from china so it MIGHT be the other way around....if i get the wires on the wrong way around will it blow the light? |

No it won't damage the light. It would take a big reverse spike to blow the led. |
