Cant find anything in search, how do you remove the steering wheel on a Vitara? Have been pulling on the centre/horn cover but it seems to be stuck somewhere and I cant find any external screws? Millsy |

There are screws that hold the pad on the back of the spokes. Loosen the nut then push firmly on the left side then push on the right side.. Repeat two or three times and then the wheel should pull towards you. Remove the nut, remove the wheel. |

If you are just trying to centre the wheel start by making sure it is the wheel out not the wheel alignment... Turn the wheel all the way to the left and then count the turns to right lock. Turn back half whatever you count to find centre and see if car drives straight at that.. If it doesn't, it's likely the steering wheel has been off before and not been centred properly. |

I,ve just fitted power steering and tried to align everything as I was installing but obviously have gotton out a bit. |
