Just finished off a G16A conversion on my sierra, using an auto choke carby off a swift, once warmed up it idles at about 2300rpm. The throttle stop screw is backed right off and the choke appears to work properly. Any ideas? |

Does it rev lower than that with the choke on? When you were screwing the screw out were the revs dropping? The accelerator cable might be holding it on. |

Cable is loose, no change in revs as screw was turned, pushing choke on by hand dropped revs. |
