hi, i have all the parts to do a ruf front setup using 2inch efs rear springs all round with 2inch shackles. I have put the rear in and all is good. I'm looking at finishing the rest of the setup on friday night for the w/e but was just wondering how much i should extend the front brake lines by and also how much i should extend the rear line that goes to the bracket on the drivers side of the diff? I would have put the suspension in then flexed it up to see how long the brake lines would need to be but i wont have time before late friday and i would like to have everything ready to go for friday night. |

i have ext shackles in mine with 2" springs and i only just put in ext brake lines recently like after 1 yr of having that stuff in.. you should get away with it for a bit.. but yeh flex it up and see how it goes.. 2" over standard length should do the trick.. think swift ones should fit but they are like 4" longer i think.. |

go 4" maybe 5" because of the extra ark in your spring. 4"is what i did in the last ruf i did. had a bit left in them. when you put them in turn one end around so it has a little twist in the line. then you dont need to make up a spring to keep the line from catching on any thing or ending up under your bumpstop. |
