I put a OME lift kit in the rear the other day, new leaf's, shocks and U-bolts and havent moved the zuk since.
I just moved the zuk and have a knocking sound coming from underneath, its dark now and cant see much but I suspect the drive shaft?

I also may have a problem with the transfer case. I put it in 4WD and it feals like I have the brake on, take my foot of the gas and the zuk stops very quickly (hand brake?) Also very stiff in shifting back to 2H, moves from 4H to 4L with ease.

Tyres are all the same size and reasonably new and pretty sure its all stock standard.

I shall check the U-bolts tomorrow, Thanks Royce

can we assume that 4wd has worked fine before?

Yeah, only issue I had was when I first got the zuk and found the bush was gone under the shifter, replaced and has been working fine ever since. Had a transfer case mount fall apart on one trip which was replaced and has worked fine since.

id try 4wd witht he hubs unlocked, hubs locked in 2wd and all in 2wd and get under and spin the front shaft to see if its really tight

If you still have the stock exhaust that raps around the left rear shackle, the raised suspension could be pushing the shackle into the exhaust.

Because of the lift, you might need to adjust your handbrake cable. If the rear brakes are dragging because of the handbrake cable adjustment it may make it difficult to change from 2H - 4H and back again.

i had a similar thing when i first raised mine. ended up being a very worn slip joint on the drive shaft.

The knocking sound has disapeared now. I have found the drag only occurs when in 4H or 4L with the hubs locked. Problem with the front diff? or hubs? Replaced the front bearings about 12 mths ago and havent had any probs until now.
