does anyone know if all the roller bearings are the same size?
could i just take 1 into the bearing shop or do i need to take them all?
going for a budget rebuild
quotes for kits from $360.00 to $221.00
bearing shop $100.00 to $150.00

I've never pulled a sierra box apart so I can't tell you if they are all the same size or not, but what I'd do is just pull them out an take them all. Say to the guy behind the counter "1 of each please" and that way you'll ensure you get all the bearings to do the rebuild and don't come home with one short.
