This is what I want to do sorta. Can someone fill in the blank bits. What I want is the bar to switch on with the highbeam as per normal spotties but also have an override switch that will let me turn on the lights without ignition needing to be on. Its so I can use the lights to set up camp if needed. I just don't know how to fill the blank bits of wiring in.

p.s Will a 6mm power supply be enough for a 200w LED light bar?

why have it wired via high-beam switch when you have an override? makes no sense at all.

but if you must have 2 seperate switching mechanisms, you just have to wire the override in paralel to the high beam switch. the rest stays the same.

wire it like you would normally, see the diagram thats been posted a million times

but instead of a normal switch, get an on-off-on switch, wire the common terminal to pin 86 on relay, one terminal to earth and the other terminal to the right hand vertical headlight pin, looking from the rear

with switch to off, lightbar wont come on, with switch one way it will come on with high beam, the other way will turn it on regardless of anything else

its probably big enough cable, 6mm isnt the best way to describe cable

I might also add that I can setup camp with a head torch, that thing running at head height will piss you off cause you cant look in that direction and if you look away from it it will be a big shadow.

X2. Also setting up camp with the ignition off and a 200Watt lightbar lit up wouldn't be ideal unless you have an exceptionally large battery. 200W is 17A and will flatten a standard Suzuki battery quickly!

6mm in 'auto industry sizing' is 4.58mm^2. That is an ideal size for 17A. Use a 30A fuse.
