Can anyone tell me how to stop the oil leaking from between the diff and the CV on the drivers side of my 2.5lt V6. Is there a seal in there or have I just not put the shaft back in properly. All feedback helps.

Hey guys,
Digging up a bit of an old thread but I am having the same problem with our 2000 2.5 v6 GV. Leaking oil from the drivers side drive shaft where it goes into the diff housing.
Only started doing it today as far as I know (just noticed a few drops on the driveway) and we have just spend the weekend 4wding on the beach and a few dirt tracks...
Do you think it will be as simple as changing a seal??
If the oil runs low will it still be ok to drive tomorrow as long as 4wd isn't engaged??

You need to add a cv/axle support bush, as well as a new seal.
It prevents wear on the new seal.
They are an official Suzuki fix for that known issue.
Suzuki do sell them, but they can be got from ebay and from bruce on here.

2wd should be ok,
I doubt it has lost all its oil.
