As with anything mass produced there is room for improvement but why bother?

There's infinite mods you can do.

As per many other threads on the 1.3.... for the money spent on mods, the $/hp will be atrocious.
If you want to stick with your 1.3, source a g13b (gti) motor and loom etc, rebuild your g13 with g13b bits, and make it a g13b.

Pretty much anyone I know who has spent big coin on their stock sierra motor, got very poor satisfaction.
All the little improvements (wont make much difference), and are money you could put towards on going efi.

g16a is a halfway point, easy, an improvement, but its still not a g16b, or g13b.
