what i'm after is one lucky individual who can lend me a rear vitara housing or send me a vitara axle tube so i can measure it up for caliper mounts. the lucky person will recieve a free set of mounts when they are made. and i will of course post some lovely pics up for a nice tech bit. i made the mistake of posting this on outers too in the zook section and it was deleted and i was givin a stern warning from my very simple friend sierrajim  ....oh well....serves me right eh?........if anyone can help please let me know. and yes they will be nissan handbrake calipers as per the sierra....which i will post some pics of the finished product tommorow.

And what was sierra jims problem with your post requesting parts for R&D. I was under the impression that it was a suzuki tech section and R&D is tech isn't it.
ps my arse is sore from the reaming he gave me (obiously your not allowed to express an opinion unless its of the same nature as the moderator) oh well so much for free speach and all that.

Could you take all the measurements you need in a day?
I have a buddy in Healesville I haven't seen in a while and need to make the trip.
I could let you have the car for the day if that helps (89 Vitara).
