If you are using the 1.3 head you won't need to do any wiring changes. |

I'd use the 1.6 head. They are basically the same except the 1.6 has slightly bigger valves. The 1.3 manifold will bolt to the 1.6 head but that's not a great idea because of the smaller carb. Have a look to see what wires are going to the 1.6 carb. There might be a couple of solenoids on the manifold too. Post up what you find and we can probably sort it out. |

so a 1.3 intake manifold willl bolt up that would help heaps cause i have a snorkel but comes out other side the 1.6 intake crosses over to the other side of the motor or could i just put the intake stuff to the carby off a 1.3 to my 1.6 carby |

The throat size of the carbs are different, so just swapping over the hats isn't going to work. I removed the jack mount on the passenger side guard an mounted the stock 1.3 air box on that side. Then hooked it up to the 1.6 crossover pipe. I made a connecting pipe out of exhaust tube and bends to match them up, which you can have a look at if you want. |

I had a 1.3 in a Sierra, a Megasquirted 1.3 using a 1.6 TBI manifold in a Sierra, and now i've got a 16v 1.6 with factory management in a Sierra. None of which will help you much Have you looked on suzukiinfo.com? You should be able to find a manual for you Vit there, and i'm guessing that will have a wiring diagram in it. |
